OK, we need you to do a couple of things first: 1. Make sure you've read the previous page first, click here to read it again. 2. If you apply online, there is an agreement and indemnity form which needs to be signed and sent to us, either by scanning and emailing it to us, or by faxing it to 086 274 0455. You can download the form by clicking here. 3. We will contact you and tell you whether you've been accepted as a leader. 3. Once you've received leader confirmation, you'll need to pay the deposit, which is R450. DETAILS: Bank: Standard Bank Branch: Kroomboom Account: 072 898 607 NB: MAKE SURE YOU USE YOUR SURNAME AND INITIAL AS DETAILS!!! 4. Email your proof of payment to admin@crosswordcamp.co.za or fax to 086 274 0455 5. Pay the rest of the amount (R300 if you paid the R450 deposit) by the first training day on the 27 November 2010. NO MONEY WILL BE ACCEPTED ON CAMP.
