Download a Camper Application Form Click on the Icon on the right to download a printer friendly camper application form and fill it in. It's in PDF format so make sure you have Adobe Acrobat reader. If you don't, you can download it here.
STEP 1
Download Camper Application Form
Get the rents to fill out the indemnity Form (2nd Page of Application) This is VERY VERY important. We can't allow you on camp without one of the these.
STEP 2
Send me the application form AND indemnity form You can scan it and email it to me: admin@crosswordcamp.co.za of fax it to me: 0 86 274 0455
STEP 3
Pay your Deposit Go to your nearest Standard Bank or ask your parents to do an online transfer of R450 deposit into the Crossword Camp Account, this secures your place! DETAILS: Bank: Standard Bank Branch: Kroomboom Account: 072 898 607 NB: MAKE SURE YOU USE YOUR SURNAME AND INITIAL AS DETAILS!!! 4. Email your proof of payment to admin@crosswordcamp.co.za or fax to 086 274 0455
STEP 4
Confirmation Once we've recieved all of these, we'll send you confirmation of your application. You'll need to pay the balance of your camp fees by 1 December 2010
